ReplyDeleteA DJ service from right here in M-Town; I would definately look Brookside up first if I needed a DJ. Did you say you were planning to run your own DJ company in the future or staying where you are now?
ReplyDeleteWould you travel outside of New England? (For a fee, of course!) It's great to know a reputable DJ and one that has all the latest equipment and music! :)
ReplyDeleteThe whole DJ idea seems pretty interesting, and i think could be quite profitable. What do you think about doing a gig at the Teenspot on opening night? (For a discounted rate if possible?). :)
ReplyDeleteA DJ service is a great business. All it takes is a few gigs to get your name out there and then people will spread the word around and soon you will have a lot of customers! Is this a business you think you will eventually start?
ReplyDeleteI am already a DJ for MC Productions (www.djmcproductions.com) that is run by a friend and I usually have one show per weekend lined up for me. He pays me well, so it is hard to leave a business as well as a friend to start paving my own road... I think after college I might start my own. Discounts for the whole class!
ReplyDeleteI think it's great you are one of the few peers in our class to have an actual business. It's inspiring to see people making money doing something they enjoy. Best of luck to you with your business... I hope I can eventually have the same luck!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea, man. And I remember you saying that you DJ anyway, so this seems like it's right down your alley. Take it and run with it!
ReplyDeleteLove all the comments that a relatable business has sparked. Who doesn't love their local, neighborhood DJ? Great business idea!
ReplyDeleteBeing a DJ must be kind of fun. I hope using this as your project ends up letting your business get their name out there!
